Check me out at BISJ!

Published by admin at 6:07 am under BlogHer, Disordered Eating, Health

Hop on over to Stephanie Quilao’s Back in Skinny Jeans and check out my guest post!

I had the great pleasure of meeting Stephanie in person at BlogHer 08, and I’m here to tell you that she’s every bit as warm and funny in person as she is online. (Plus, she has absolutely FABULOUS hair and is a phenomenal speaker! Fangirl crush!!)

Thanks, Steph, for the opportunity to share my story!

Thanks for sharing your story - you are such an inspiration to others out there who struggle with the same thing. You should be proud of how far you’ve come since then!

That’s an amazing post…thank you! I love how you describe the recovery process, and how we can use those times that we fall down as an indicator, a warning sign for a bigger storm to come. Probably would have prevented my “emergency” post earlier this week if I’d paid more attention to what was going on in my head!

You all make me blush ;-)
I’m the honored one to have such wonderful readers who share their own insights, experiences, and commitment to their healing. You’re teachers to me too. We can’t go through life alone, and blogging is such a wonderful platform to help us all be a support system for each other.

Thanks again Jen for sharing your inspiration on BISJ!

on a side note: I really have to thank my new stylist for the new do and my folks for giving me the good hair genes. These folks are awesome!…lol
