I did the "eh Ill stop drinking for a month & see how I feel" thing FOURTEEN YEARS AGO :) and havent looked back. no reason beyond I saw no reason to drink youd laugh at the number of people who tell me what a disservice Im doing my body by NOT having a few drinks a week...all the health benefits Im missing out on. I just smile and nod. you are so whipping yourself into shape IN AND OUT. Im joining ya on the meditation. and a well deserved honor.
