Hi Jen!

Omg, did you end up in the ER because of your intestinal problems? If so, then it wasn't the Stevia, right? I've never heard of Stevia causing intestinal issues....

You know what - I never asked you what your weight and height is - are you trying to lose weight or only sculpt your body? People who have 10 pounds or less to lose do Not see quick progress with the 6WBMO. I know a woman who lost 80+ pounds and when she got down to the last 10 pounds it took her 7 Months - and that was following it to the letter.

Some people's body's just don't want to let go of those 10 pounds. But I'm not sure it that's your case or not...?

With that being said, and big part of the 6WBMO is only eating foods that you like. If you're a vegetarian then I don't think you should force yourself to eat protein. There is a vegetarian thread in the forums you could check out if you would like to get support from the folks who are doing that - I'm not much help in that area cuz I'm not a vegan.

You really have to go with what works for your own body. You are the one who knows best for yourself, and if you function better as a vegetarian then that's what you need to do. It's not the core 6WBMO program but why not make up your own program? Do what works for you - listen to yourself. :)

I hope everything is good now after being in the ER!!

I tried Weight Watchers before... with hypothriod problems, it became upsetting when friends were losing weight and my body wasn't adjusting quickly enough.

Now, I don't want to look at the weight. I want to try to eat better, get exercise and if my body adjusts, then it does. I just want to know that I'm doing something healthy for me and be happy wherever and whatever progress my body is in....

when I was working to shed my saddle bags from gradschool I kinda created my own deal----MAINLY because I LOVE what you dislike (protein :)) but all the high protein (finger quote) diets (unFQ) were low in carbs such as veggies and fruit.

oh and I LOVE THE SALT.

I know it's terrible but DAMN it perks things up.

I definitely think creating your own twist on 6WBMO might be a GRAND IDEA!
