Gratitude Journal

Published by admin at 10:52 am under 101 Things, Gratitude

I’m tackling one of my 101 things this week and keeping a gratitude journal. Every day, I’ll write down five things that I’m grateful for. (The entries will be short and sweet, but I want to document them as part of my 101 things project.)

Today, I’m grateful that:

  1. I have such a wonderful, supportive, understanding husband. It’s been a tough year and he’s stood by me every step of the way!
  2. I have an understanding boss who knows that this job is killing me and is trying to soften the blow.
  3. My friend Florence is coming home this week from an extended work assignment overseas–can’t wait to see her!
  4. I have such great, positive commenters on this blog. I’ve never had a nasty, hateful, or mean comment. I love you guys!!
  5. I’m in perfect health (other than the stress). I don’t have a cold like everyone else. I don’t have any other medical conditions. I’m so blessed!

What are you grateful for?

Yay for gratitude!! Taking time to reflect on what to be grateful is very important. I need to do this a bit more instead of moaning about being scared all the time lol!

btw, left a comment on ghost writers for you (or whoever really), thought we could use the Queue for story discussion.

I am grateful that my husband just got a new job (his old one was a soul-sucking job).

I’m grateful that I got my lazy self to the gym tonight.

I’m grateful that my parents are coming to visit this month.
